SriYentra Group is a Dubai-based holding structure formed in 2024. Its companies put up schools, run a professional cricket league across East and Southern Africa, and are building the regulated machinery that lets ordinary investors own a share of infrastructure that has always been closed to them.

Most capital treats a school, a stadium or a clinic as charity — worthy, unbankable, someone else's problem. The group takes the opposite view.
These assets have long lives, contracted tenants and predictable cash flows. What they lack is a structure that institutional money recognises. They are too capital-hungry for the communities that need them and too small for the mandates that could fund them. That gap is the group's entire reason for existing.
So the work runs in two directions at once. On one side, SriYantra Education Catalysts and SriYentra Sports Services originate the real thing: campuses in Punjab and Delhi NCR, a cricket league with three national boards behind it, grounds and academies in Rwanda and Zambia. On the other, ALTXRA is building the regulated rails — ADGM special purpose vehicles, permissioned certificates, independent valuation — that will let those assets be owned in small pieces by a lot of people rather than in one piece by a few.
Institutional capital does not buy narratives. It buys predictability, enforceable structures, protected downside, and the confidence that an asset can endure.
The corridor is Dubai to India to Africa. Capital is sourced in the Gulf, structured under ADGM and DIFC frameworks, and deployed into South Asia and East and Southern Africa. Every venture in the group sits somewhere on that line.

An AI-enabled platform being built to fractionalise ownership of community infrastructure — academies, sports complexes, student housing, clinics — through ring-fenced special purpose vehicles and permissioned on-chain certificates. Pre-launch, and pursuing authorisation from the Financial Services Regulatory Authority in ADGM.
A franchise T20 competition built with the cricket boards of Rwanda, Zambia and Malawi — the first time three ICC Associate Member boards have come together behind a single league. Season one is planned for Kigali, subject to ICC date sanctioning.
Capital and structuring for K-12 school infrastructure in India, the UAE and Africa. The company builds and holds the campus; the school operates it. Two projects are live in Punjab and Delhi NCR, alongside an advisory mandate.
Incorporated in Lusaka in January 2026 to hold and support the group's interests in Zambia as its sporting and community-infrastructure footprint across Southern Africa develops.
