Purpose
SriYentra Investments Zambia Limited holds the group's interests in the country. It exists because the group's activity in Southern Africa is not a one-off: the Zambia Cricket Union is a party to the ESA T20 rights structure, and the same community-infrastructure questions that the group works on in India and the Gulf apply with more force in Lusaka and the Copperbelt than they do in Delhi or Dubai.
Holding those interests through a Zambian entity rather than managing them from Dubai is a deliberate choice. Sporting and education infrastructure is local by nature — it depends on land, on municipal relationships and on national federations — and a domestic vehicle is the only sensible way to hold and grow it.
